How we use sub-processors
To run Ikonic we rely on a limited set of trusted providers. Each is engaged under confidentiality and data-protection terms and processes data only to support the service.

Cloud hosting & infrastructure — compute, storage, and networking for the platform.
Email & SMS delivery — transactional and notification messages.
Payment gateways — collecting and reconciling payments (PCI-compliant).
AI model providers — powering agents and retrieval on tenant-scoped data.
Analytics & monitoring — performance, reliability, and error tracking.
