Refund Policy

Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees for the current period are non-refundable.

You can cancel at any time from the Console. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and auto-renewal stops from the next cycle.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days. Where we confirm a billing error, we correct it and refund any amount owed to the original payment method.

Trials are free for their stated duration and require no card. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe.
